Calvary Chapel began in the 1960's as a small (non-denominational) church of 25 members, with Chuck Smith as pastor. As we approach the year 2000, Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa has about 30,000 members, The Word for Today publishes books and cassettes for Bible studies around the world, KWVE spreads God's Word throughout the South California, and Calvary Chapel College of the Bible provides Bible education to thousands at its main campus in Twin Peaks, California, and at more than twenty branches around the world.
Capilla Calvario Maranata Church was started by Pastor Tony Carranza and his family, who were sent by God through our mother church Capilla Calvario Rosarito in September 2016.
The vision that God has given us is to MAKE THE NAME OF JESUS FAMOUS in Mazatlan, Sinaloa and we believe that God is going to do an enormous work in this beautiful city.
